ZOUYU High-Alumina ceramic fiber boards are premium-grade rigid insulation products manufactured using an advanced vacuum-forming process. With an Al2O3 content of 52-55% and Fe2O3 content below 0.2%, these boards deliver superior thermal stability and mechanical strength for the most demanding high-temperature furnace environments.

The high alumina composition provides enhanced resistance to thermal shock, gas erosion, and chemical attack, making these boards ideal for applications requiring sustained performance at temperatures up to 1200°C.
