Zirconia Ceramic Fiber Module

ZrO2-enhanced fiber modules for extreme temperature kiln and furnace lining applications above 1300°C

Zirconia Ceramic Fiber Module - High-Temp Furnace Lining

Product Overview

ZOUYU Zirconia ceramic fiber modules are premium-grade insulation units specifically engineered for extreme temperature applications. With a ZrO2 content of 15-17%, these modules achieve a classification temperature of 1430°C and can sustain continuous operation at up to 1350°C, making them ideal for the most demanding industrial furnace environments.

Manufactured using the advanced ISOWOOL production process, each module integrates internal metal fasteners and anchor systems for rapid, secure installation directly to furnace walls, significantly reducing construction time and maintenance costs.

Key Features

  • ZrO2-enhanced composition for extreme temperature resistance up to 1430°C
  • Low thermal conductivity minimizes heat loss in high-temperature zones
  • Superior anti-thermal shock resistance for rapid cycling applications
  • Excellent gas erosion and chemical attack resistance
  • Internal metal fasteners (stainless steel / Inconel) for secure anchoring
  • ISOWOOL process ensures uniform density and dimensional accuracy
  • Quick installation reduces furnace downtime and labor costs

Applications

High-Temp Kilns Petrochemical Furnaces Steel Mill Linings Glass Melting Furnaces Ceramic Sintering Kilns Heat Treatment Furnaces
