What capacities do you offer?

Four standard models: 3,000, 5,000, 7,000 and 10,000 tons per year. Melting furnace power scales from 800-1200 kW on the 3000T model to 1800-2800 kW on the 10000T model, and fibre diameter tightens from 2-6 µm to 2-5 µm as capacity rises.

How much floor space and labour does a line need?

Allow roughly 3,000-4,000 m² of factory area and plan for 5-8 operators per shift. The footprint is driven mainly by the collection and needling train rather than by furnace size, which is why it stays broadly constant across all four models.

What does a turnkey scope include?

Melting furnace with magnetic voltage regulator, spinning and blowing system, fibre collection, needle punching machine, heat-setting oven, automatic rolling and cutting, DCS control, and auxiliary systems (water circulation, nitrogen generator, air compressor, gas supply). Installation supervision and operator training are included.

What spinning machine configuration do you supply?

We supply two-roller spinning machines. Two-roller designs have replaced three-roller machines across the Chinese industry over roughly the last decade, because they hold fibre diameter more consistently and are simpler to maintain.

What blanket sizes can the line produce?

Blanket width from 610 mm to 1,830 mm depending on model, and thickness from 6 mm to 50 mm. Fibre diameter is controlled to 2-6 µm.

How long does delivery and commissioning take?
