What production speed should I expect?

Maximum punching speed is 200 strokes/min on both models, with processing speed of 2-8 m/min. In practice the setting follows blanket weight: heavy, thick blanket is typically run at around 130 strokes/min at 50 Hz, while thin, light blanket can be run faster.

What is the needle density?

3,000-6,000 needles per square metre, selected to suit the blanket weight and the degree of consolidation required. Both machines needle from both sides, so the blanket gains tensile strength without any binder.
